How to care for your Elixir pen

A reusable object rewards a little care. Here's all it takes.

The Elixir Pen is designed to be kept, not replaced — so looking after it is simple by design. A few small habits keep it working reliably and looking as good as the day it arrived.

Cleaning

Wipe the body with a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents and abrasive materials, which can dull the matte finish. Let it dry fully before it goes back in the Case.

Storage

Keep the pen in its Case when you're not using it. The Case cushions it, keeps dust off the dose window, and stops it rolling around a drawer. If you're travelling, the Case slips straight into the Cooling Bag or a weekend bag.

• Store it away from direct heat and strong sunlight.
• Handle it over a soft surface until it's familiar in the hand.
